Toby

Toby woke up about midnight with significant respiratory distress. His ribs. Were retracting with each breath and he was wheezing.

We called our doctor who told us to take him to the nearest ER - not even go to CHOP!

Once there he was given a nebulizer treatment and a chest X-ray. There was definitely something in his lung and the doc put it down to early pneumonia.

He's already on the antibiotic for the ear infection (she confirmed that too) so we just have to give the regular breathing treatments.

The hardest part was keeping him contained since he was in good spirits and too active to sit still.

We're home now and he's sleeping. Emma's nurse is going to keep an eye on him for me!!!
