Birthday shenanigans

It seems the older I get the more I want to celebrate my birthday, but other people seem to care less, unless it's a big number (and I still have a while until 40!)

So this year I invited my friends to join me for a painting class - I get to do one of my favorite things with people I love, and they get to try something new and call it a birthday gift!!

And that's what we did!

Ten women with high hopes and low expectations!!

And a new piece of art for my wall!!

And now that Scott's almost fully recovered from flu, I think we'll have more fun this weekend!  Stay tuned!
