Thought process

I can not stop thinking about this surgery and whether we need to go deeper into the gracilis transfer, instead of the temporalis.

Can anyone tell me if a spontaneous smile is possible, or if they are different techniques for the same result.

This for me is the most difficult part of being a Moebius mom.  I'm not particularly smart, wise or qualified to make decisions on medical procedures that could affect my daughters social interactions her entire life.  The pressure of making the right decision is crazy.  I'd be less concerned about deciding for myself!!

My only hope is divine inspiration/intervention.  Seriously.

I try not to lecture other parents with healthy kids, and I hope they never have to make this kind of decision for their kids!!
