Update

Today Emma met her English grandparents. She gave both of them a demonstration of how she sets off the monitors!

It was great to finally show her to my parents and like everyone else they were surprised at how small she is! The photographs don't show it very well. Oh, and of course, that she's much cuter than her pictures! I think they are looking forward to spending some time with her this week.

She is still being fed the maximum amount through the tube, past her stomach. The test yesterday showed everything is fine below the stomach but her reflux is still causing problems. They will likely try new meds until it settles.

So, until the broncoscopy gives us some more info on the airway issue they can't resume the feeds to her stomach, which means she can't come home! We'll know tomorrow if that's scheduled for Monday as planned.
