I was just browsing the web and came across something about Moebius Syndrome Awareness Day. Apparently the first one was January 24, 2011! Anyway I checked out the site:
There are lots of stories of people with Moebius. I clicked on a couple. One was a woman terribly wounded by bullying at school - could have done without reading that! Another was a little girl, Matilyn, who had gastroschisis!! Clearly they were not at a hospital as fab as ours!
If you are curious go ahead and check it out. I'll now have to read more of the stories to find the encouraging ones!!
