We had a really busy weekend, which was totally fine!  Emma was a little whiny Friday night, but the pajamas were enough to sooth any issues!

Saturday Emma had Lainey over to play and they were seemingly running around as normal! 

(Scott took Toby fishing at a little creek, where they caught a big fish that snapped the line...)

Saturday afternoon we went to a kids party on the church playground, where Emma climbed, swung, slid and even bounced on the bouncy castle!  I had to remind her that she should not swing on her belly and even hang from the monkey bars! 

Interestingly, when we got home in the early evening she tried to say she could not sit up on the sofa (from where she was laying) because her belly hurt!  Pain for kids really is an issue of convenience, much like listening!!

Yesterday she was fine at church and with friends as normal.  She's eating as much as ever and I even saw her sleeping on her belly during the night!

She's happy to flash her belly to anyone who wants to see, and is convinced every day the scar is getting smaller!

So, she went to PT and school today as normal, and will no doubt use her belly to get her out of anything she does not want to do!
